GGD AC low distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial enterprises and other power users in power distribution systems as AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380v rated current to 3150A as power, power conversion, distribution and control of distribution equipment.

1. The shell is partially assembled with 8MF cold-bent steel.There are mounting holes arranged modular by E=20mm and E=100mm, respectively, to improve the versatility of the product assembly.The panel and the partition plate are made of imported cold-rolled sheet and adopt the anti-corrosion process, and the color of the cabinet is according to the requirements specified by the user.The internal treatment of the cabinet adopts hot plating galvanizing process.In order to strengthen ventilation and heat dissipation, there are ventilation and heat dissipation holes at the bottom and upper part of the cabinet, and use steel wire mesh to cover to prevent small animals from entering.To facilitate lifting, the top corner of the cabinet is equipped with a hanging ring.Considering the use of cable outlet, set the knock hole at the bottom of the cabinet, and advance Prepare leather wire covers that meet the size requirements of the construction drawing.

2. The GGD cabinet fully considers the heat dissipation of the cabinet.There are different numbers of heat sink holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet get heat, the heat rises and exits through the upper trough hole, and the cold air is constantly added into the cabinet by the lower trough hole, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from the bottom up, to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

3. According to the requirements of the modeling design of modern industrial products, the GGD cabinet adopts the method of golden division ratio to design the shape of the cabinet and the segmentation size of each part, which is beautiful and generous, and has a new face.The cabinet door is connected with the frame with the rotating shaft movable hinge, with convenient installation and disassembly. A mountain rubber and plastic strip is embedded at the folding edge of the door, and the block between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door.The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected with the frame with multiple strands of soft copper coins.The mounting parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame with roller screws, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.

4. The main circuit of GGD cabinet has designed 129 schemes, a total of 298 specifications (excluding the functional changes of auxiliary circuit and control voltage changes).Among them, 49 GGD1 schemes 123 specifications, 53 GGD2 schemes 107 specifications, GGD3 schemes 27 schemes 68 specifications.In addition, GGJ1 and GGJ2 capacitor compensation cabinets are designed to meet the reactive power compensation needs, with 4 main circuit schemes, and a total of 12 specifications.
